Our normal processing time is 1-5 days (excluding weekends and holidays). Please contact us if it has been more than 5 days and your order is still in processing.

Total shipping time includes processing + transit time. Our processing time is 1-5 days. Transit time for standard shipping is 10-15 days and 7-9 days for express shipping (transit time excludes weekends and holidays). Delivery can take longer if there were any issues in transit such as invalid/incorrect address, customs clearance and/or other causes beyond our control. We will send you a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships, so you may track your order in transit.

We take care with every shipment and seldom run into damaged order. But if your order was damaged, take pictures of the damage and simply contact us with pictures along your order number. And one of our friendly staff member will coordinate with you promptly. Please also refer to our refund policy for more details.

There are various factors that may have an impact. Colors will look different indoors versus outdoors. Moreover, each electronic screen is calibrated differently. If you compared 2 separate screens, say your phone and laptop, you will notice a slight variation in color. We try to describe the closest color however you may reach out to us if you are not satisfied with your order. We will do our best to make things right. Please also refer to our refund policy for more details.

In most instances, orders yet to be shipped can be cancelled. Please note that we are unable to cancel orders that have shipped. If the order has shipped simply wait for the order to arrive and contact us once you have received it. Please DO NOT refuse delivery. Refused delivery/undelivered packages are destroyed by shipping carriers. Please also refer to our refund policy for more details.

Please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number. There was likely an error with your address or the delivery driver was not able to find a safe delivery spot. Please contact the shipping carrier to arrange for a pickup or reschedule delivery.

Please be sure you check with your neighbors, roommates, family members or anyone else who may have been home at the time the package was delivered. If your package is still lost or missing, you must contact us within 10 days of the expected delivery date - so we can file a claim with the shipping carrier. Normally, claims are closed out by the shipping carrier within 2-3 weeks. But at times the shipping carrier may require more details or the shipping carrier may send a driver down to investigate further. We will update you as we are updated by the shipping carrier.

If your order was shipped from our global warehouse, you may not see updates until the package is cleared by your local customs. Once the order is cleared, tracking will update normally.
