Our return policy is 14-days from the time you received your order. We strive our best to make sure you love what you ordered! But just in case you're not satisfied, we have made our return process pain free. There are no tedious steps to follow, no lengthy forms to submit.
To be eligible for a return, item(s) must be received back by us in new condition. New is defined as complete, unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging. To create a return, simply contact us within 14-days of receiving your item(s) and we will provide you details on how to proceed. Please note we may reject the return or charge a 20% restocking fee if the return was not new as described above. We take care with every shipment. But if there was an issue with your order, such as a defect, damage, missing item(s) or if you received the wrong item, rest assured we will do our best to make things right. Please inspect your order upon reception. Take pictures and contact us with pictures. And one of our friendly staff member will coordinate with you promptly.
All swimwear, bodysuits, intimates, jewelry, custom products, beauty products are non refundable but are covered in case of damage, missing item(s), and defects. Please get in touch with us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Shipping charges and gift cards are non-refundable.
The majority of returns are refunded via store credit in the form of a VNHM Fashion gift card. Returns are normally processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us.
